Consider surveying of your students at the end of the quarter. Use email to ask them their suggested Pros and Cons of the class. Offer the students extra credit as incentive to respond with productive and useful information. You can then post those testimonials to your website, using them for multiple purposes such as marketing, information, etc.

Collect your frequently asked questions from each quarter and create a FAQ for your class. Note that you will be adding to it quarterly. Make it available to your students.
